[VoIP] Naive question

Let me add to the clutter. John Covert mentioned E.164, which is what I
use. I query both e164.org and e164.arpa for my PSTN calls. If a
number is listed in either location, a direct ip-to-ip connection is
made.

Another reason to get an asterisk box going...
