[VoIP] DP-compatible ATAs

Perhaps someone with a 1005-V should try Keelan's "trick" to see whether
there is a secret serial port that can be used to unlock them "at
home". Whether this is even worthwhile depends on how well the 1005-V
really works over the 8.5-11 PPS, 50-70% range with real-world contact
bounce.
As cheap as Smart-1s are, they are a clumsy solution.
