[VoIP] DP-compatible ATAs

I have a few Mediatrix ATAs.  Assuming they will work, between them I 
can configure 2-4 FXOs and 8-10 FXSs, 12 ports total.  That's plenty for 
what I anticipate needing.  The data sheet says they support Wink Start 
in FXS mode and reversal detection in FXO mode, so apparently they are 
capable of both applying a reversal to the loop and detecting one.
