[VoIP] 4 port T1 card

The first one never made it to me.  After a paypal case was opened,  
for about a week or two, one showed up in the mail.  It's been ok, but  
I haven't beat it up yet.  I need to put channel banks on all 4 ports  
for a week and see how it goes.

Jim Dixon, who designed the board, reccomended Varion because of their  
high-quality parts and uses the boards made by Varion.  I'm not sure  
why they are being such stinkers.

I'd like to order another one or two.  Phil McCarter wants one for  
sure and there may be others.
