Folks in the UK (or elsewhere) might want to pick up a geographic
number practically anywhere in the UK from coms.com.  I just got
me a Cambridge number.

Also, the folks at freedigits.com also have sipnumber.com which
will give you a number somewhere in Iowa.  Quality seems to be a
bit better than the IPkall folks in Washington state.
