ay be good enough.  The web page at
http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Tellabs+Hardware+Echo+Cancellers
claims that the 253X and 257X are basically the same cards, with only
the thickness of the board and a few added features being included.

So, if you can provide a manual for either the 2551 or the 2561, it may
help.
