[VoIP] Need some help on the basics

Don,
Welcome. It looks like you've done things right.
A dynamic DNS hostname (like the one you obtained) is needed in our
system because nobody actually registers with a master Asterisk box.
It's all peer-to-peer, so it would be a hassle for each and every member
to add one more registration every time someone new joined the network.
Port forwarding UDP port 4569 to your asterisk box will take care of any
firewall problems since you are using IAX2. (Good choice; SIP is a
bear!)
I've set you up with 1-762-whatever, so you should be able to receive
calls from the cnet on your cnetguest context.
Again, welcome, and let me know if you want to post any of your listings
on the website. I can set you up with 'write' access into the site.
