Well, of course.  I did say "including the country code".
Otherwise, CNET exchanges beginning with 44 and those run by
any of our friends in the UK cannot be disambiguated.

I see that someone with an Arlington Heights caller ID is
having some sort of problem.  Whatever it is, the dialplan
simply stops processing right after the lab system answers
him.  I don't know why.  He probably continues to hear ringing,
since that has been applied by my own system, and should
continue until Miss Caine says "Number please".
