[VoIP] Can anybody reach me?

Hi all,
I just used John's 263-1111 number to try to call myself, it gave the number
then just sat there.  I'm thinking maybe nobody can reach me, since the
011-1-622-XXXX trick I figured out isn't working either.  That, by the way,
tricks my Asterisk box into actually doing an Enum lookup and placing the
call like any other outbound CNET call rather than just 622XXXX which just
goes directly to that extension since it's local to me.  Anyway, some of you
might try dialing numbers in the 622 exchange.  I'm about to go to bed so
please don't dial 622-2020 at this time, but any of my published test
numbers should work, or anything invalid should go to intercept.  If it
doesn't work we need to figure out why.
