To get it to reliably dial digits greater than eight, I had to set up
a dial test and adjust the dial.  Before finding BSP 028-300-701
with instructions on adjusting the dial (which says I shouldn't do
what I did) I did a slight tweak to the contact spring to shorten
the break time.  I probably should have started with adjusting the
dial speed instead.

It seems to be working now.  Maybe the next time I go on an extended
trip I can send it to Steve Hiltz.  On the other hand, if it ain't
broke, don't fix it.
