[VoIP] AE Level Hunting Connector???

What makes you think it's a level hunting connector?  The simplest most 
basic connector requires 7 full size relays.  Z does not count.  A trunk 
(rotary hunting) connector requires 8 full size relays.  Most RHCs 
however have 10 relays.  I own 2 different AE LHCs.  THey have 10 or 
more 10 relays.

According to the H-580288 drawing title box, this is a SEL, PABX, Lcl or 
Inc, DA (mkg xfr), Restricted Svc, Xfr to ATT, Pad Ctrl.
