[VoIP] 48 Volt PC Power Supplies

All the ones I can find with a quick search are $200 plus US
Given that a normal 400 watt ATX supply can be had for less than 20 
bucks, that is a larger differential than I am willing to pay.
For the small number of power hits we have in a year, a mains UPS with 
communication to shut down the computer is a low cost solution
