[VoIP] Register Office Code Page Broken?

Just send me the following info:

Your name

Your country code (1 for US and Canada)

The office code to activiate.

The hostname or IP address of your asterisk installation.

The [context] that you will be receiving incoming CNET calls on --
usually [cnetguest]

The protocol to reach you -- SIP or IAX2, with IAX2 being preferred.
