Agreed.  Digium.com states that they will condescend
to accept patches only from those who sign a
waiver/disclaimer in order to be allowed to submit
patches, otherwise they'll reject them.

I ain't gonna sign it.  Anyone who wishes should feel
free to do so.  For the ones I've created, if you must
take credit for their creation, so be it.
