For fixed function 10PPS outpulsing without translation.... yes.  And 
much simpler to apply.  It also does conversion on-the-fly, joining the 
2 loops when it runs out of digits, splitting them again for outpulsing 
if additional digits are received before timeout. 

Smart-1 is strictly store, forward and go to sleep for the rest of the call.
