[VoIP] Legacy Ringback from Recordings in Asterisk

Unfortunately, t-mobile isn't providing any audio at all when it goes to
my switch -- unless I have the 'normal' ringback tone going. I've tried
both a recording of an XY switch and a recording of the modulated
ringback tone -- a recording of a mercury drum tone plant.
I'm going to record plain old ESS-type ringing, and see if t-mobile will
pass it through, or whether they just won't allow recorded noises of any
type before they get answer supervision.
Cell providers! What a hassle...
