[VoIP] Asterisk 1.4 Directory Structure

I just upgraded from Asterisk 1.2 to Asterisk 1.4 and lost access to all the 
existing sound files.

As this is running on a Linksys router, I put the sound files on an external 
USB flash memory drive and changed the path in asterisk.conf.

Since the move, Asterisk is unable to find any of the sounds.  Did something 
major change about how the sounds are stored?
