[VoIP] 271 Back Up

It would appear that we finally have Rick Rodriguez of the 271 exchange 
back online... finally.  He's had a couple of machine rebuilds and a change 
in Asterisk from A at H to Trixbox which changed the names of contexts which 
meant nothing pointed to where it should and all sorts of fun like that.

He is now able to receive and make CNET calls.  For a long while he was 
able to get incoming CNET calls but not outgoing.

Anyway, welcome back, Rick.  He has two 24/7 "test" numbers: 271-0002 
milliwatt and 271-2525 time of day.
