[VoIP] We've lost a pioneer

!!!!! I was going to call him last week but decided to hold out til I had
more time and could gather some other phone phreaks up, now I feel really
bad.  I used to talk to him from time to time, he was a great guy, my
condolunces go out to him and his family.  I hope his adoptive mom in Aus.
