[VoIP] How Do You Turn On Audio During Call Progress?

Hi All

There will be a few questions from me today but I will post them seperately to keep things tidy.

How do I turn on the audio so a caller hears everything while his call is been setup.
I understand Max Parke has done this but I can't find info on where to get the patch and how to use it.
I have loaded Russ Price's patches to get pulse dialing on a X100P.  I can get the "hear pulsing"
working but I will probably use DTMF to dial into an old reed relay based PABX for dtmf - pulse
conversion.
