[VoIP] Isn't Bleeding-Edge Technology Grand?

OK...I'm being heavily sarcastic. I just read what I consider the quote of 
the day in 
regard to Skype's recent service outage. Their spokeman said:

"We would like to point out that very few technologies or communications 
networks 
today are guaranteed to operate without interruptions."

That's defintely the understatement of the current century.
