[VoIP] Initial deposit required recording

Well that's certainly the "user-unfriendly, low maintenance for the CO 
crew approach"!  I've never heard one that did not request a specific 
amount but that tells you something about the last time I used a 
payphone or at least did so without putting a coin in. 

I believe that SNET was the last company to be allowed to raise the rate 
beyond 10¢ and they had one that requested that specific amount.  It 
would be nice to have a recording of it since it's just about as quaint 
as the notion of a payphone itself.
