That sounds like the same voice talent that records most of
the standard intercepts I'm used to (in Pacific Bell land).
However, the initial deposit recording I get on my 1PC line
is one of those improvised made-by-a-CO-tech recordings.
He refers to the instruction card rather than specifying
what the initial deposit is.
FWIW, when I ordered my coin service line, one of the sales
guys mentioned that I could specify what rates I wanted ACTS
to demand for various calls. Since the line serves a 2C2
on my desk, I never bothered and just went with the defaults.
