[VoIP] Initial deposit required recording

Well depending on whether you want an electromechanical totalizer or an 
electronic one, and whether you care about coin first or dial tone first 
operating mode:
A = mechanical, coin first only
C = mechanical, CF or DTF
D = electronic, DTF only.
