[VoIP] Ernest Telecomm 7D-3 Payphone

I have it buttoned up, as I'm leaving on a business
trip to Montreal tomorrow,

It had the large PLCC MCU in a socket and a smaller
socketed flash PLCC chip with Rev1.0 and a date. Most
dates on parts were around 1997.

I'll check part numbers when I return.
