[VoIP] ProjectMF

I just wanted to publicly thank Don Froula for putting
his Project MF on CNET. I'm a tad young to have got in
the whole phreaking culture, but I managed to code up
an MF-dialling extension in my Asterisk box, and using
one phone on speaker, holding the receiver to it on
another one, dial through and successfully MF.

PS: I'm going to try to build an MF-able Asterisk
trunk set as well.
