[VoIP] DNS/ENUM for office code 1-555

There are a copule of "oddities" when you start walking the whole list.

One of the fields should be E2U+IAX2 but there are a few records which  
have "IAX2+E2U".

I stayed up and tried to understand a little more about the NAPTR  
record types which (outside of CNET) I've never used.

It's interersting how they work.. For example, with the properly  
written record, you can call me on 1-821-7301, but the record will  
return a re-write rule which will cause your machine to SEND me  
200-821-7301.
