[VoIP] More "Authentic" CNET

The understanding I have from Varion is that the newer card , the tor3, 
requires the patches for T1 port 2 and T1 port 4 to work
Standard Zaptel drivers are SUPPOSED to work OK if one only uses T1 port 
1 and 3.
Haven't tried this as of today.
Also, Lee is going to experiment with the Asterisk 1.4 version to see if 
the problem persists.
Lee seems to have a similar problem and if my memory is correct does NOT 
have a Varion card, and uses the "standard" Zaptel/Digium drivers.
