The RJ definitions are also covered in the Bell System "Registration 
Manual" and most mfrs of modular jacks have a reference section in the 
catalogs and on their websites listing them, in some cases complete with 
errors.  Hubbell, Leviton for example, have this info in their 
catalogs.  Probably Siemon too. 

I have a PDF of the Oct. 1997 issue of Part 68, which lists the RJ 
definitions.  The RJs do not appear in ascending order in the original 
published version the document.  I added bookmarks to file to allow 
direct reference to each of the RJ configurations without stepping 
through page by page.  If anyone wants it it's available.  Only 1.6MB, 
162 pages.
