[VoIP] Asterisk add-ons 1.4.5 on CentOS 5

You can eliminate the problem by not compiling h323 if you don't need it.

When you do a "make menuselect" (before the make install) unselect the  
323 option:

[*] 1.  app_addon_sql_mysql
[ ] 2.  app_saycountpl
[*] 3.  cdr_addon_mysql
[ ] 4.  chan_ooh323
[*] 5.  format_mp3

If you *do* need h323, then we'll have to figure out what's really wrong.
