I can't help you with CentOS because I use Fedora, however, it looks as 
though you may not have compiled H323. The only help I can offer after 
having problem with an Asterisk 1.4.13 installation on Fedora 7 is this 
online page which may hopefully be of some assistance to you, at least 
it might give you some clues to resolve your problem.
