Interesting! It seems to be the way of the world these days that
tinkering is the order of the day and I never cease to be amazed at just
how often an upgrade is flawed.
I thought 1.4.9 had security issues, weren't we all advised to upgrade
to 1.4.12 two or three months ago? I did and then upgraded again to
1.4.13 which does work although apparently it has issues with CDR if
using My SQL or other external database! 1.4.15 was supposed to fix that.
It's all a bit like opening a cable joint to find a faulty pair, we
didn't do it until we had a 15% cable failure because the chances were
that we would do more harm than good trying to correct the odd fault!
