[VoIP] Strowger 2000-type Final Selector

Having run to the basement and picked up a switch....
If you count 8 'pins' in from the left you are in the middle of the u
points.
So
Looking from the rear you get:
32, 30, 28, 26, 24, 22, 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9,
11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31.
Battery (black wire or purple) is on 12, earth on 11 (red wire)
Jellybone = telephone!

Ok, looking at the switch as if it were in situ as if it were on the
rack, if I turn it around so the contacts are facing me (not flipping
it upside down)... I don't think those contacts are connected. I'm
reading complete open circuit. Confirm for me the contacts are -50v on
6th U-connector to the right, outside terminal, and GND on 6th
U-connector to the left, outside terminal.
I hope my ASCII comes out alright on your end. Hotmail does not have a fixed
width font setting. But, is my understanding correct?
