[VoIP] Strowger 2000-type Final Selector

To save any arguements!  I've emailled copies of 200 O/L Final Selector 
circuit diagrams, physical layout of 'U' points and several pages from 
Atkinson's Vol 2 showing the details that Mark wants direct to him.
