[VoIP] Cisco 3810

Dennis Hock sent me a ZIP file containing the 3810 docs.  Cisco was 
shrewd enough to organize this information into 17 individual PDF files, 
one for each chapter, 2 appendices and an index.  This makes searching 
for specific words rather tedious, so I have not attempted it.  The word 
"caller ID" does not appear in the index.
