[VoIP] Cisco 3810

Thanks for the offer. I have the full Acrobat and considering the
potential long term value of the document, I decided it was worthwhile
to concatenate the 17 files into 1. However each PDF had its own
bookmarks, which were not absorbed into the compendium.

Perhaps there is a way to make the bookmarks transfer but I didn't want
to take the time now to find it. I did however insert individual
bookmarks of my own at the start of each chapter.

How does PDFConcat handle bookmarks?

Having done all that, I found no references to "Caller" or "CID" in the
appropriate context. There are no hardware specs in this doc. It's
purely about configuration. I suppose there must be a hardware spec.
somewhere, which ought to give a more conclusive indication of whether
CID is supported. Recognizing that it's an obsolete product it still
seems kind of lame of them to have not supported it so late in the game
at the time the product was cutting edge. But it seems unlikely it
could be supported with no mention at all in the config. docs.
