[VoIP] Cisco 3810

IIRC, it just concatinates the documents end-to-end, starting a new page for each document. I don't know if a PDF document would hyperlink across document files, so I assume hyperlinks only exist within the same document. PDFConcat won't make hyperlinks, but I believe it preserves hyperlinks that are already defined in each document file.
