[VoIP] Cisco 3810

Name and Number are supported on the FXS.
Nothing is supported on the FXO.
This was typical of Cisco gear of the time. Even in the modular
routers, you had a VIC-2FXO (voice interface card 2 FXO ports) which
didn't support callerid.
Later, the VIC-2FXO-M1 (I forget what the M1 means) did support callerid.
I haven't yet tested connecting an line to an FXO card on a D4
connected via T1 to the 3810 to see if that supports callerid.
Possibly something to play with over christmas vacation :)
