[VoIP] Cisco 3810

I think we are talking about two different things. Bookmarks, as the
term is used by Adobe in the context of a PDF file, are internal
pointers to specific locations on specific pages at specific zoom
levels. They have nothing to do with hyperlinks in the sense of URLs
embedded HTML pages pointing to locations on the web (or one's local drive).

Acrobat provides 3 means of navigating around randomly within a file:
(1) internal hyperlinks embedded in the textual content of the PDF file
itself, and (2) thumbnails or (3) bookmarks accessible by tabs along the
left edge of the window. I was referring to (3). When a PDF file is
created, "open options" can be set to determine whether the thumbnails
or bookmarks tabs are open or closed by default when the file is
opened. If the author has inserted bookmarks, it's best they be open by
default so the user notices them. If there are not bookmarks, one has
to make do with thumbnails, page through the file sequentially or jump
to specific page numbers by guessing where the next point of interest
might be. These methods are inconvenient enough so that as a practical
matter the document will likely need to be printed for any serious use.
With bookmarks, random on-screen access is practical and lots of paper
and printing time can be saved.

I don't know if a PDF document would hyperlink across document files, so I assume hyperlinks only exist within the same document. PDFConcat won't make hyperlinks, but I believe it preserves hyperlinks that are already defined in each document file.
