[VoIP] Cisco 3810

Seems to me that most Winmodems have supported CID capture from the CO 
for the last decade.  Perhaps this is a reason to continue to use a 
Winmodem such as the X100P (assuming *it* supports CID), for interfaces 
to the PSTN where CID capture is wanted.
