[VoIP] Asterisk-SIP Trunk

I was having trouble with FWD running under iax - I don't think they were
supporting it well at the time, so I went the sip route.  I also use the
X-lite soft phone which seems to work well too.

I've never tried FWD on a sip trunk, I have my FWD lines on iax2 trunks, 
however, I did set up two trunks to a Zoiper softphone 150 miles away, 
one being sip and the other being iax2 and both of which worked quite 
well on a good day.
