[VoIP] Wonder who this might be?

Studying my CDR log from today, the earliest calls from the 68.178.91.34 IP 
address that later had the CID both John and I received came with the CID 
info: "Blaz Zupan <sjphone>"  Received a call at 07:31:27 local with that 
CID and then at 07:31:59 another call from the same IP address but now the 
CID is "026209111 <026209111>"  I think it's safe to assume that the caller 
is one and the same.

I received a number of calls from this caller this morning, but all were to 
published recordings and RNA and busy lines on my switch, and not with any 
long up times on the switch calls, so I can't really complain other than 
the non-specific CID.
