[VoIP] CallerID

I've set my caller ID globally in my Zapata.conf.  However, I want to be
able to have the actual CallerID of the Asterisk extension be sent with each
call.  What's the best approach to do this?  As expected, my CallerID
defined in Zapata is sent with each call, no matter the extension being
originated from.
