[VoIP] CentOS

There was a link to installing the CentOS server CD
There were some errors in it which may have been fixed by now, but that 
was a minimum install.

IMO it is much better to do a full install from the 3 CD's then turn off 
unwanted services, rather than hunting around later to to something more.
Not to start a religious argument here, though.
