[VoIP] BERRY KS-22475 Test Set

ISTR something goofy about my 312A or it might have been the huge 
PT&T-designed WECo-made 312A predecessor.  It was about 3X the size and 
weight and made entirely of WECo parts, probably by one of the local 
WECo shops.

When I hooked one of these, I forget which, up to the Master Specialties 
ANA (the ANA of choice for PT&T)I discovered a polarity sensitivity.  
The ANA is designed to emulate an ANI trunk... to reverse battery to 
trigger the ANI spill, in this case after the security code digits have 
been received.  One of those test sets was sensitive to the polarity.  
Seemed pretty goofy to me.
