[VoIP] Portal Number Change

Well, I've been having a fun few weeks at work, and finally have a
handle on how the Siemens EWSD puts an ISDN PRI together.

So, I couldn't resist:  I ran a PRI into the Asterisk box at work, and
put an unused DID block onto it.  I justified doing that not only as an
educational opportunity, but as a down and dirty way of testing customer
features.

So, CNET-wise, I dumped the inbound number from VoicePulse.  They have
decent enough service, but I figured that providing my own TDM gateway
made more sense, both economically, and from a quality point of view.

This means that folks who called the New York City phone number to test
with are now stuck calling a toll number.  

Oh, well. Life's tough.

My new portal is +1 952 652-6666, local to the Twin Cities metro calling
area, and to Northfield, Lonsdale, and New Prague.
