[VoIP] Configuring Asterisk

Regardless of what way you go, with no TDM cards, Asterisk needs a 
timing reference, and would have to have been compiled with ztdummy. The 
IAX protocol used with CNET requires that reference.
How well this port works is questionable, given the addmittedly biased 
response es on the Asterisk users list.
