The "PULSEAFTERTIME" is merely the interdigital delay
value. You'll need to actually change the PULSEMAKE
and PULSEBREAK ones, which I believe are directly in
milliseconds.
Also, should have asked this last time, does the
Varian card use stock drivers, or does it include its
own proprietary drivers?
If absolutely necessary to prove whether the values
are getting overridden by unknown actors, a 'printk'
could be added to print out the actual values in
effect...
