Fortunately, the directory pages show the local time for the listings in 
question (as long as the owner of the office code has set the proper 
time zone).

I tried calling Chris's info recording, though, and it was garbled. 
Apparently, whichever US - NZ link being used by Comcast in the Chicago 
area isn't very good, or else everyone is calling at once and saturating 
Chris's uplink.

I then tried the UK time recording on CNET +44 8081, and that came 
through perfectly clear, so it isn't my local connection.

I'll try again some other time, and if it's still having trouble, I'll 
make my system use the GSM codec instead of uLaw.
