OK! this likely matches up with the already-known
problem which I have been labelling as the
"channel-bank FXO erratic outpulsing" issue.

I have heard with my own ear improper pulsing within a
given digit on John's switch and on Lee's switch when
these two were arranged with my 'hear outpulsing'
patch applied.

I haven't yet heard a sample from Kirt: would it be
possible to post a sample of the audio ???  Ideally
the sample should be a .WAV as follows

1. taken during a mis-dialled outpulsing sequence in
which irregular pulses occur WITHIN a digit
2. contain two or more nice long digits ideally 'zero'
(operator) digits in a row
3. be accompanied by a annotation as to exactly what
digits are being heard

It may work to just use the zap snoop command [?] or
to just apply the audio patch then I'll dial up the
number from here...
